Timelist Group believes people closest to the challenges facing our communities should have a voice in shaping the solutions.
Our Civic Engagement Initiative connects residents, families, justice-impacted individuals, young people, community organizations, and public institutions through education, community engagement, leadership development, and opportunities for meaningful participation.
Our work is rooted in lived experience and focused on helping communities better understand the policies, systems, and decisions that affect their everyday lives.
We support violence prevention through credible messengers, youth mentorship, community education, leadership development, stakeholder engagement, and partnerships that strengthen community safety.
Building on Timelist Group’s experience serving justice-impacted communities, we provide education and engagement around reentry, diversion, alternatives to incarceration, second chances, and policies affecting formerly incarcerated individuals and their families.
We elevate issues affecting incarcerated and formerly incarcerated women, including housing, employment, healthcare access, family reunification, systems navigation, economic stability, and successful reentry.
We engage communities around housing stability, homelessness prevention, supportive housing, reentry housing barriers, and policies that impact individuals and families experiencing housing insecurity.
Education & Youth LeadershipWe promote college access, mentorship, civic education, career pathways, leadership development, and opportunities for young people and justice-impacted individuals to become leaders in their communities.
We support pathways to employment, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, career development, and economic opportunity while helping address barriers faced by justice-impacted communities.
Timelist Group creates opportunities for communities to learn, connect, participate, and lead.
Our civic engagement activities may include voter registration and education, community forums, town halls, policy education, leadership development, community listening sessions, stakeholder convenings, and partnerships with organizations working to strengthen communities.
